Whoa...it has been a month!

I can't believe it has been almost a month since our last post. Well, let's see, I have gone from 35 weeks pregnant to 39 weeks pregnant, and still waiting. I am officially due on Friday, but the doctor won't let me go past a week late, so we should have baby Jax by January 30th, at least. We celebrated the beginning of a new year and are so excited to see what is awaiting us this next year.

We had some missionaries visiting us last weekend, and took a trip to the aquarium, and had a blast. Tye loved seeing "Dori" and Nemo" in the coral reef fish tank. His little squeal was priceless. He kept saying "Look Mom! Look Dad". He has started calling us Mom and Dad, sometimes and it makes us laugh...he sounds so grown up. He also enjoyed riding the train..what child doesn't.

I am also at that point, and I know Russ would agree, that we are just cherishing the time we have with our little 3 person family unit. We are loving every moment we get to spend with just Tye. Don't get me wrong, we are so excited about our new addition, but it is bittersweet at the same time. I hope other mom's go through this as well, and I am not the only one. Anyway, here are a few pictures from the past few weeks. Hopefully the next post will be of our new family of 4.

Thanks for your prayers and phone calls.

Here is Tye on Christmas morning, opening his stocking with the "Little Einstein's Rocket"...oh what fun!

We celebrated Russ's 30th birthday with his parents, at his favorite Thai Restaurant. Tye thought the napkin looked like a pretty cool hat. If you are a fan of Thai, then Thai Gourmet on Westheimer is your place.

Here are a few from the aquarium...

Thanks Grammy & Papa for the new "motorcycle". In this picture, he is giving his dinosaur a ride.

Love to you all,
Russ, Bethany, Tye and soon to be, Baby Jax
